Quarantine Declaration
Fill in the yellow Quarantine Declaration and hand it in as you walk
past the Quarantine Counter
Immigration
Valid Passport, Visa (if required), and a completed Embarkation /
Disembarkation Card are needed. Usually there are separate counters
for Japanese and Non-Japanese
Baggage Claim
Plant and Animal Quarantine
If you have any plants or animals you need to go to the Plant and
Animal Quarantine counter.
Customs
If your possessions exceed the duty free allowance or if you have
unaccompanied baggage coming later, you need to go to the red counters
If you have nothing to declare then proceed to the green counters.
Duty Free Allowances
Alcohol - 3 bottles (760cc)
Tobacco - 400 cigarettes or 100 cigars or 500gms of Tobacco
Perfume - 2 ounces
Others - total value of 200,000yen. Anything which has a value of less
than 10,000yen is duty free and ot counted in your 200,000yen
