Thank you for all your help; I am back in the USA now and had a great time in Japan. Getting to the hotels was easy based on your directions and they were all very nice esp. the Nishi Shinjuku Hotel. I will refer all of
my friends and family your way. Thanks Again.

Friendly staff, clean and nice room but not soundproof to neighbors-room. Also enjoyed the walking distance to many interesting places.

I have recently returned from a holiday in Japan and I found the Nishi Shinjuku Hotel to be of outstanding value. The room was clean , the hotel staff fantastic the location was perfect for access to the railway station as well as the many stores. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.
I am already planning my next holiday in Tokyo the Nishi Shinjuku Hotel will be for me.

We stayed on two different ocassions, the first one, the room had heavy cigar smell and they could not relocate us due lack of available rooms. The following time, the room was clean. They gladly guarded our luggage while we went to a 2 day trip to Hokkaido. In general I give a 4 out of 5 calification.
