Murray and Shelly Just a quick note to say thank you for your service. We have just completed a three week tour of Japan, with the majority of hotels booked through your service. Your system is excellent allowing people to look at various hotels in various locations and make their own decision accordingly. I like the fact you include pictures of the hotels and especially that you include maps that relate to the JR stations. We used JR rail passes bought in Australia and the combination of these and well located hotels made traveling a breeze. All the hotels were clean, albeit a little small, but we knew that from the photos. Once again thanks for your service. I would recommended it to anyone traveling on a budget in Japan.
