Cancellation Fees

Cancellation more than 15 days before check in - 10% of accommodation charge
Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 14 days before check in - 25% of accommodation charge
Cancellation more than 3 days but less than 6 days before check in - 50% of accommodation charge
Cancellation 2 days or less before check in - 100% of accommodation charge.

These cancellation fees are laid out in the terms and conditions agreed to by the customer prior to reservation being made.

Changes may be made free of charge (but subject to availability) up until 15 days before check in.
Changes 14 days or less before check in may incur a cancellation charge as per the table on the right.
