Cancellation Fees

Cancellation more than 15 days before check in - 10% of accommodation charge
Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 14 days before check in - 25% of accommodation charge
Cancellation more than 3 days but less than 6 days before check in - 50% of accommodation charge
Cancellation 2 days or less before check in - 100% of accommodation charge.

These cancellation fees are laid out in the terms and conditions agreed to by the customer prior to reservation being made.
