Traditional Japanese
Kaiseki From ancient times,
the basic menu of a Japanese Style ryokan has been the local
Kaiseki menu, which is not only a meal but almost an art form.
Many small dishes are ornately
decorated and served together. With a wide range of dishes,
there is usually something to suit all tastes, and we can
accommodate special dietary requests if made know at the time
of reservation. |

Japanese Sake
"Nihon-Shu" Generally called
Sake in the west, the proper name in Japan is Nihon-Shu, which
transaltes to Japanese Alcohol.
Locally brewed sweet sake complements
our meals and may be served hot or cold.
We encourage you to sample some of the
high grade Nihon-Shu in our cellars. |
